  Went to see if they could fix my watch strap. They told me which size loops to order online and then to come back and they would put them on for me. That is exactly what they did and would not take any money from me. Lovely customer service, friendly and very welcoming. Southport needs more businesses like this, who Prioritise customer service over everything else.

  Fantastic service from Andersons. Took my automatic watch in to ask for a quote for repair, as it kept stopping. They took it off me and kept it for a few days while they looked at it. Went to collect it today. I was told that it had a screw loose and they had kept it on the wheel to make sure it was working properly. When I asked how much I owed, I was told that there was no charge. Thank you Andersons for wonderful service. I will certainly use you again and recommend you to all my friends.

  I've just had my watch repaired here. The staff were friendly, as well as being professional and knowledgeable. They effected the repair while I waited, as it wasn't too complex, and were VERY reasonable in price. I know where I'm taking any future repairs.
